Being very conscious of fitness and at the same time loving musical composition, I wrote a song called “Running”. This song is ideal for playing in gymnasiums around the world and can be found on my first album DISCOVER ME. It has recently occured to me that fitness without a good balanced diet is not enough to maximize one’s health potential. I am now therefore offering what has proved to be a high energy and low calorie diet which will leave you satisfied and at the same time ensure weight loss. It has no specific medical recommendation but is just plain logic, easy to prepare and very cheap in these harsh financial times. All that is required in terms of equipment is a simple fruit and vegetable mixer. The quantity of each ingredient is your personal taste and particular needs. You can freely experiment to maximize what is the right mix for you. Please bear in mind that it is not necessary to always have every ingredient and often depends on the season and availability.
